I've spent the last ten years building businesses online. Amazon brands through HB Goodies. An AI-powered product research platform called Launch Fast. Head of Product at LegacyX, building AI tools for an Amazon FBA coaching business.

Every one of them ran into the same wall: operations ate all my time. I was the CEO, the marketer, the accountant, and the customer service rep. I tried Zapier, Make, and every off-the-shelf automation I could find. They worked fine until a workflow needed any kind of judgment call, and then they fell apart.

So I started building my own AI systems. Agents that could qualify leads, pull together reports, follow up on documents, coordinate across tools. It worked. I got my weeks back.

When I started talking to other founders, I kept hearing the same thing. Buried in admin. ChatGPT gave generic answers but didn't do the work. Zapier broke past a certain complexity. Hiring cost too much and took months to ramp up.
